Commercial property area guide – Brimsdown

Commercial properties to rent in Brimsdown

Brimsdown is a thriving industrial area to the east of Enfield. It is right by Lea Valley – the waterways once used as a water supply and a transport passageway for London. In fact, the King George’s Reservoir in the area is still a major water supply today.

Thanks to Brimsdown’s close proximity to the M25, it is a great place for logistics firms needing to travel across the country that also want to be close to London. That is why many industrial buildings have popped up in the area. Companies such as Greggs, Warburtons and Amazon have made use of the facilities with distribution centres based in Brimsdown.

There is also a residential side to Brimsdown to the west of the railway line, which has a network of 1930s houses and newer apartment blocks. A few parks in the area provide welcome greenery, while the waterways have paths alongside allowing you to explore the network. If you’re looking for a change of scenery while you’re in the area, you can head south to the Lee Valley Leisure Complex and golf course where you’ll find plenty of open green space.

With convenient transport links and large industrial properties to let, Brimsdown could be the ideal place to base your business. Find out if it has everything you’re looking for in this area guide.
