Commercial properties to rent in Fulham

Fulham is an area in west London that makes up part of the Fulham and Hammersmith London borough. It’s in zone 2 and sits on the northern bank of the River Thames, next to the affluent streets of Chelsea and the laidback Hammersmith area. In years gone by, Fulham has been a centre for a number of crafts, including glassblowing, pottery and paper marking. It’s now one of the most sought-after areas of London for both residential and commercial property.

Lots of famous faces hail from Fulham, including actor Daniel Radcliffe, journalist Janet Street Porter and cricked legend Bob White. The traditionally working-class areas underwent lots of development during the 20th century, which saw shiny new commercial properties spring up that turned the area into an exciting business hub.

Whether you’re looking for an office in a prime London location or a retail property on one of west London’s busiest streets, you’ll find a fantastic range of properties in Fulham right here on Realla.

This can take you south to Wimbeldon or north to Earl’s Court, where you can catch the tube west to Richmond or Ealing or east through central London all the way out to Upminster in Havering.

Fulham has one rail station to the east.

Imperial Wharf station sits close to the Thames near Chelsea Harbour. It sits on the West London line, on which you can travel north to Willesden Junction in Harlesden or south to Clapham Junction via places including Shepherd’s Bush and Kensington.
